How to spot a dating site scammer.
A online dating site scammer is a person who may contact you in order to steal your money. They will use a fake name, age, etc, they will have a alternate purpose for contacting you. These scammers will appear like the nicest people on earth, caring and are always looking for some sort of help. If they start talking about their Father just passing and leaving a large stockpile off cash or jewels, strongly consider them scammers! They will prey on people who are prepared to "open their heart" to the scammer.
Things you can watch out for are:
1. Keystrokedating.com has noticed that many of the scammers use yahoo for emails. (Please keep in mind that many non scamming people use yahoo as well.)
2. Many times you can pick out a scammer by his/her online username. Some examples are:
traceybrown06Love111116009luvJesus001 thousands of many others.3. The scammers description is a huge giveaway. Often they can be quite entertaining. Many, many spelling mistakes. Many of them mention god in their profile description. Many of them are from Nigeria, Senegal, and Russia.
4. The scammers photo will be almost to perfect. Like a cut out from a magazine or a drop dead gorgeous woman!
5. A good example of a scamming message would be similar to the following:
Hello, am tracey brown by name, am 27 years old, from USA but currently living in Lagos, Nigeria I got my first Degree from Greemwich university, London, and am currently working for Unicef. am real, loving, faithful careing lady who is god fearing and would like to talk to you more.
